Big meeting today at Microsoft...which means I had to look somewhat presentable :) The dress code for meetings in the tech world is very different from traditional business standards, jeans and casual dress is permitted. Trends: Drapey Jacket

Lately fashion has been moving towards an easier, more laid-back look. Taking the time to look like you just threw on the perfect outfit is what it's all about (I know its a bit ironic)! And this jacket is perfect for that. It is easy, yet tailored. Casual yet dress. Fabulous yet understated...I think you get it.

Stylist Note: I would not recommend wearing it as shown in the picture. Pair this with a solid color top and skinny jeans.

Trends: Sequin Blazer

When I saw this on the Nordstrom website, I thought I must have died and gone to heaven. A sequin blazer, cut beautifully, that comes in plus-sizes? I'll take one in every color please! Unfortunately, it just comes in super-chic black.
